Ixpert AI Analytics
Ixpert AI Analytics is an edge-first video intelligence platform that helps retailers and other physical businesses understand visitor traffic, improve customer service, manage workforce attendance, monitor operational risks, and investigate incidents—all from their existing IP cameras.
Analytics continue running locally even when the Control Center is closed or the internet is unavailable. Video, employee face-enrolment images, and evidence remain at the customer site, while approved metadata can be synchronized with another business system when required.
Understand every location. Improve every shift. Keep control of your data.
ONVIF, RTSP, USB and recorded sources on the local network.
Traffic, zones, queues, attendance and incidents keep running locally.
Managers approve timesheets and human reviewers decide on incidents.
Video and enrolment media stay on site; only approved metadata can sync.
Platform capabilities

Ixpert AI produces review candidates—it does not automatically accuse an employee or customer of wrongdoing. Final decisions remain with authorized human reviewers.

Age and gender outputs are estimates, not verified personal attributes. The OpenVINO age-gender-recognition-retail-0013 model is intended for approximately ages 18–75 and publishes an average age error of 6.99 years. Results should be used for aggregated planning, not individual decisions.
Insights on site
Ixpert AI reports operate directly from local edge data, so authorized users can continue reviewing performance without SQL Server, cloud access, or an internet connection.

Where it fits
Ixpert AI Analytics can support:
Differentiators
Sensitive video and biometric media remain under the customer’s control.
Use compatible ONVIF/RTSP cameras, local webcams, and standard Windows hardware.
Combine traffic, occupancy, queues, dwell, customer service, attendance, workforce activity, incidents, and evidence in one platform.
Analytics continue locally without depending on internet availability or an open dashboard.
AI creates observations, alerts, and draft records. Authorized people approve payroll data and review incident conclusions.
Ixpert AI includes repeatable tools for measuring camera throughput, latency, and face-recognition accuracy in the intended deployment environment.
Edge-first by design
Analytics continue through the Windows Edge Service even when Control Center is closed or the internet is unavailable. Approved metadata can sync when required—without uploading continuous video or enrolment images by default.
AI performance depends on camera position, resolution, lighting, scene density, occlusion, network reliability, hardware, model selection, and configuration. Face-recognition accuracy, supported camera capacity, and end-to-end latency should be benchmarked with the production models and a representative, consented validation dataset before operational commitments are made.
The platform provides benchmarking workflows, but no universal accuracy, capacity, or latency figure should be presented until testing has been completed for the intended customer environment.
Transform existing video infrastructure into practical intelligence for customers, employees, operations, safety, and management reporting.
